KDX is ending Y2025 on a high note with its iPhone 17 Christmas Lucky Draw campaign! From 1-25 December 2025, the KDX community stands a chance to WIN iPhone 17 through a community-driven unlock system. The more the community trades, the more iPhones are unlocked.

How It Works

1. Trade a cumulative minimum of RM1,000 between 1–25 December 2025 to earn one entry into the campaign.
2. Every eligible participant receives the same chance of winning. 
3. Additional trading contributes to unlocking more iPhone 17 for the community. 
4. Winners selected at random and announced on 26 December 2025 via KDX’s official channels

Trading Volume Milestone Reward

• RM 7.5 Million Trading Volume – 1 iPhone 17 Unlocked
• RM 15 Million Trading Volume – 2 iPhone 17 Unlocked
• RM 25 Million Trading Volume – 3 iPhone 17 Unlocked
• Every RM 10 Million afterwards – 3 more iPhone 17 Unlocked

There’s no upper limit on the total number of iPhone 17 units that can be unlocked.

Eligibility

1. Open to all KYC-verified Malaysian residents aged 18 and above.
2. Minimum trading requirement: cumulative RM1,000 during the campaign period.

Campaign Period

Kinetic DAX Sdn. Bhd.’s “iPhone 17 Christmas Lucky Draw” (“Campaign”) commences on 1st December 2025 and ends on 25th December 2025 (“Campaign Period”), both dates inclusive, unless notified otherwise.

Terms & Conditions

The following sets out the terms and conditions applicable to the Campaign (“T&Cs”):

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Campaign is open to all KYC-verified Malaysian residents aged 18 years and above.

1.2 Participants must hold a valid KDX account and complete the KYC process (including Proof of Identity and facial verification). Proof of Address is not required for Malaysian residents.

1.3 Employees of KDX, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

1.4 By participating, participants confirm they meet the eligibility criteria

2. Campaign Mechanics

2.1 Participants must trade a minimum cumulative total of RM1,000 on the KDX platform during the Campaign Period to earn one (1) Lucky Draw entry.

2.2 Each participant can earn only one (1) entry regardless of total trading above RM1,000.

2.3 Additional trading contributes to unlocking more prizes for the community, but does not increase individual chances of winning.

2.4 Winners will be randomly selected via an internal draw conducted by KDX.

2.5 Winners will be announced on 26 December 2025 via official KDX channels.

3. Volume Milestones and Prize Unlocked

3.1 The Campaign features a milestone-based prize pool:

• RM7,500,000 → 1 x iPhone 17 unlocked
  
• RM15,000,000 → 2 x iPhone 17s unlocked
  
• RM25,000,000 → 3 x iPhone 17s unlocked
  
• Thereafter: For every additional RM10,000,000, 3 more iPhone 17s will be unlocked.

3.2 KDX reserves the right to adjust or modify the number of prizes at its discretion.

3.3 Prizes are only unlocked if milestones are achieved. There is no guarantee of prizes if milestones are not met.

4. Prize Distribution

4.1 Prizes consist solely of iPhone 17 units awarded to randomly selected winners.

4.2 Winners will be notified via their registered email within 14 working days of the draw.

4.3 Delivery will be arranged within 30 working days after winner confirmation.

4.4 If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 15 calendar days, KDX reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

4.5 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash or other equivalents.

5. General Conditions

5.1 Kinetic DAX reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or incomplete information.
• Use multiple or fraudulent accounts.
• Engage in suspicious trading activity or abuse the Campaign.

5.2 Each participant is allowed one account only; duplicate accounts will be disqualified.

5.3 KDX reserves the right to audit participants’ trading activities and request supporting documents for verification.

5.4 Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and KDX’s decisions, which are final and binding.6. Reservation of Rights

6. Amendments and Termination

6.1 KDX may, at its sole discretion, amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign, including mechanics, milestones, prizes, or Terms & Conditions, with or without prior notice.

6.2 In the event of disputes, KDX’s decision shall be final. No correspondence or appeal will be entertained.

7. Risk Disclosure and Compliance

7.1 Trading digital assets carries risk, including loss of capital. Participants are advised to trade responsibly.

7.2 This Campaign does not constitute investment advice, nor is it a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset.

7.3 Participation does not guarantee any trading outcomes or profits.

8. Privacy

8.1 Participants consent to the collection, processing, and use of personal data solely for administering the Campaign and distributing prizes.

9. Governing Law

9.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
