Earn with KDX Referral Rewards

We are introducing the KDX Referral Rewards Programme where you can earn BTC by inviting friends to join KDX and trade on KDX

Here’s how it works:

1. Be a Referrer

Invite new users to KDX using your official referral code or RegID.

2. Refer a Friend (Referee)

When your friend signs up, completes KYC, and trades a minimum of RM200, both of you are rewarded.

3. Earn BTC Rewards

• RM25 in BTC each for Referrer and Referee
• RM50 bonus for 5 successful referrals
• RM150 bonus for 10 successful referrals
• RM350 bonus for 20 successful referrals

(BTC equivalent calculated at the market rate upon disbursement. Rewards are distributed within 30–60 days after verification.)

KDX Referral Rewards Programme — Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the KDX Referral Rewards Programme (“the Programme”) operated by Kinetic DAX Sdn. Bhd. (“KDX”, “we”, “our”, or “the Company”). By taking part in the Programme, participants agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws, regulations, and KDX’s policies.

1. Overview

The KDX Referral Rewards Programme is designed to reward verified customers (“Referrers”) who introduce new customers (“Referees”) to the KDX Digital Asset Exchange platform. Both parties may earn Bitcoin (BTC) rewards when specific eligibility and trading conditions are met.

The Programme replaces the former Tokenize Points system and forms part of KDX’s regulated customer acquisition initiatives.

2. Definitions

• Referrer — An existing verified KDX customer with an active account who shares their unique referral link or code with new users.
• Referee — A new user who registers a KDX account using a valid referral link or code, completes KYC verification, and fulfils trading requirements.
• Reward — BTC-equivalent incentives credited to eligible KDX accounts once verification and transaction criteria are met.

3. Eligibility

Category	Description
Referrer	Must be an existing verified customer with a valid referral code and an active account in good standing.
Referee	Must be a new customer who completes full KYC verification and executes at least RM200 cumulative trades on KDX.

Referrals that fail to meet these requirements will not be eligible for rewards.

4. Reward Structure

5 successful referrals (lifetime)	Additional RM50 worth of BTC

Rewards are cumulative. After achieving all milestone bonuses, each new valid referral will continue to earn RM25 worth of BTC.

5. Reward Conditions

1. BTC value is calculated based on the prevailing market rate at the time of disbursement.
2. Rewards are distributed within 30 to 60 calendar days after all eligibility checks and verifications are completed.
3. Each referral link or code can only be used once per new registration. Duplicate, self-referrals, or fraudulent activities will result in disqualification.
4. Both Referrer and Referee must maintain active, verified accounts at the time of reward disbursement.
5. All rewards are subject to compliance review and approval by KDX.

6. Disqualification and Fraud Prevention

• Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, false trading, or attempts to manipulate the system are strictly prohibited.
• Any suspicious or fraudulent activity may result in immediate suspension of accounts, forfeiture of rewards, and possible reporting to the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) in line with AML/CFT obligations.
• KDX reserves the right to audit, verify, and cancel rewards where irregular activity is detected.

7. Programme Governance

• KDX reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Programme, including reward structures and timelines, with prior notice on the official website or mobile app or via email.

8. General Terms

1. Rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other assets.
2. KDX’s decision on all Programme matters shall be final and binding.
3. Participants agree that KDX shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in or inability to participate in the Programme.
4. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
